Welcome to Goripple! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Goripple community platform ("Platform", "we", "our", "us"). By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Who We Are

Goripple is operated by Disruptive Digital Technologies Limited (trading as GoRipple), a company registered in the United Kingdom with registered office at Ground Floor, Cooper House, 316 Regents Park Rd, London N3 2JX, Company Number: 07691909, VAT Number: 139324609.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our Platform. By using Goripple, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Admin/User Accounts

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

Provide accurate and complete information
Keep your login credentials secure
Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Post unlawful, harmful, or offensive content
Harass or threaten other users
Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems
Upload viruses or malicious code
We may remove content and/or suspend accounts that breach our Acceptable Use Policy.

5. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of the content you submit but grant GoRipple a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, store, display, reproduce, and distribute it in connection with operating the Platform.
You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any content you post.

6. Data Protection & Privacy

We comply with the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018.
Our use of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy
Your data is processed lawfully, fairly, and transparently and is stored in the UK
You have rights under GDPR (e.g., access, correction, deletion)
We only share data with third parties as necessary for service delivery and only under appropriate safeguards

7. Fees and Payment

Some features may be free, while others are paid - additional features may be chargeable

All pricing and payment terms are detailed on and subject to your order form
Payment is due on or latest within 14 days of invoice date

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or applicable laws.
After the agreed initial contract term, you may cancel anytime with 90 days written notice, but no refunds are issued for partial billing periods unless required by law
Upon termination, your licence to use the Platform ends in line with the last day of the notice period.

9. Intellectual Property

GoRipple and its logo, design, and features are the intellectual property of Disruptive Digital Technologies Limited. You may not reproduce or use our materials without permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for:

Loss of profits, data, or business
Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We’ll notify users of changes in advance in writing.
